SKHY TWO is a community of loft apartments situated at the front of the SKHY complex. The younger and more energetic sister to the luxurious SKHY Apartments, SKHY TWO offers a dynamic, social lifestyle both within the precinct and around the neighbourhood. SKHY is located in the new uptown, inhabited by handmade fashion, independent publishers, boutique breweries and trendy cafés. The brand and marketing accentuate this unique area by turning the envisioned SKHY TWO lifestyle into short stories. It integrates SKHY’s architectural design with its community of creative entrepreneurs to reflect a culture of trend, sophistication and quality. The advertising brochure gives way to a carefully curated story book, the show suite transforms into a cozy gallery space and the hoarding becomes a glowing 3D typographic installation.
