Situated on the outskirts of Auckland’s CBD, the apartments at SKHY offer elevated city living. Its protected views of Auckland city sets itself apart from the rest of the market. The apartments are carefully crafted to accentuate their spacious open-plan living and focus on quality. The oversized A2 marketing brochure creates an immersive experience to capture the apartment’s expansive views of Auckland. SKHY looks to steer away from traditional real estate marketing and its heavy emphasis on artist impressions. The street posters feature the logo created in concrete, marble, wood, foliage and glass, in celebration of raw materials. SKHY Marketing launches with the street poster series that aim to provoke the senses, making an impact that allows the apartment to be felt before it is viewed.
