Juliet Lloyd is an interior architect based in Auckland. She works with clients across retail, hospitality and residential, creating spaces that emulate qualities of thoughtfulness, warmth and elegance. The brand concept looks to capture the essence of Juliet's creativity and professionalism. The logotype is inspired by similarities shared between typography and architecture. The shape and function of the square bracket punctuation closely resemble the wall symbol on an architectural floor plan. Like how a wall would divide each room, the square brackets are used to isolate a text segment from its surroundings. In the brand system, the square brackets emphasise the content within its space and serve as a visual connection to the interior design practice.
